We started because too many good care providers were being held back by paperwork. People who were brilliant with residents and service users were losing months to rejected applications, generic policy packs and guidance written for lawyers rather than managers.
Our team combines former CQC inspectors, experienced registered managers and compliance writers. That mix is deliberate: one group knows what will be asked, one knows what it is like to run the service, and one turns both into documents you can actually use.
