How much does registration support cost?

Registration support is £1,200 plus VAT, personalised policies and procedures are £124.95 plus VAT per month, and the registration supporting documents package is £750 plus VAT. Individual documents and services are listed in the shop.

How long does CQC registration take?

CQC aim to assess a complete application within ten weeks, but the realistic end-to-end timeline is three to six months once DBS checks, supporting documents and the interview are included. Incomplete applications are the main cause of delay.

What is CQC compliance?

CQC compliance means running your service in line with the fundamental standards and being able to evidence it — through policies your team actually follow, records, audits, governance meetings and an improvement plan you can show an inspector at any time.

How often are policies updated?

Continuously. Whenever legislation or guidance changes we rewrite the affected policies, version them and publish them to your portal, so the set you hold is always the current one for as long as you subscribe.

Can I see samples before buying?

Yes. Ask us for sample pages of any policy or supporting document and we will send them over, so you can see the plain-English style before you commit.

Do you guarantee my registration will be approved?

No consultancy can guarantee a CQC decision. What we can say is that every application we have supported through to submission has been successful, because we do not submit until it is complete and defensible.

Do I need a Registered Manager before applying?

Yes. You need a Registered Manager with relevant experience for each service user band you intend to be regulated for, and their application is assessed alongside yours.
