Don’t forget your Winter Plan

In response to the Government’s Adult Social Care: Our COVID-19 Winter Plan 2020 to 2021, we have been working hard to create our Business Continuity Plan templates, for providers to identify, assess and plan for many circumstances that can disrupt services, including autumn and winter months, of which workforce resilience should be a key component. This Business Continuity Plan template, will provide our customers with the information, guidance and supportive steps to ensure continuity of care and support, and to ensure our customers’ businesses continue, and situations are managed effectively. The RCS Business Continuity Plan also focuses on areas care providers should prepare for, from the 1st January 2021, in light of the UK leaving the EU.
