- A Sickness Absence Policy & Procedure which includes a template for Sickness Self-Certification, a Return to Work Interview Form, Consent to Obtain Medical Report Form and various letter templates.
- An Annual Leave Policy & Procedure which includes a Staff Holiday Request Form.
- A Flexible Working Policy & Procedure and a Staff Training & Professional Development Policy & Procedure, which again includes supporting templates such as, Training Record Sheets and a Training Agreement Form.
