Updated guidance on meeting the duty of candour

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) have updated their guidance for providers on Regulation 20 – the duty of candour. The purpose of this guidance is to make it clear what providers must do to meet the requirements of the regulation and the circumstances in which it must be applied.
